Elefanzante

Elencing daphant… dancing elephant…

This creature was born when I was developing the concept of the Ark … animals… elephant.

As for some kind of glasses which never fall or spill liquids inside out, I used thicker iron plates at the bottom of the creature and thinner plates on the upper part. The result was…funny 🙂

It’s a tiny (not so) little iron elephant you can play with.

It’s also equipped with a PV system (a 40W PV caravan kit with 40A standard battery) which powers a 1A engine (for the brain) + n.2 1A led light (the eyes) + n.1 1A red light (the heart).

Elephant + brain + heart

Elephant = symbol of respect for tradition and past, of wiseness and strength. Enemy of evil.

Brain= it’s represented by something that should look like a tree wich holds working gears. The tree represents something alive, that slowly grows. Similar (but different) to the sensation given by rotating gears, whose speed is faster and sound permanent. The brain needs to be alive, in both ways. 21th century humans are made of something that grows slowly brick by brick (culture) and a part that needs to run fast to follow the present (technology). When the present is past, technology becomes bricks. Second after second. Never ending circle. As the rotation of the gears. … at least till the battery goes off 😉

Heart = heart (you already know what it means)

=> my prototype Elefanzante represents the quest for a DOevolution and a MAKEvolution, keeping in mind and heart what we learnt from the past

In the end…  I ❤ E
